Procedure:
(1) Before sending back our product, Please call us at 877-HID-KITS to inform us with the issue you may be having. We would like to have our certified techs help you resolve the issue. If the problem still occurs,please continue with the rest of the steps required.
(2) Please package the product back in a securely sealed box and include A NOTE with the info requested below.
(3) The address will be provided to you, when we establish if your item is covered under warranty. As soon as you get the address, please send it out as soon as possible with a TRACKING #.
(4) When the steps above are complete, come back to this page and fill out the information below for our records (if you don’t follow this step, we will not know what to do with the package you are sending us.)
(5) Please Fill Out the Entire Form, otherwise it may slow the process of your warranty.
